The company begins with one person — me, Gavin Clarke. After more than ten years in the industry, I’ve learned what real hospitality looks like: the details, the culture, the consistency, and the feeling guests walk away with. I’ve been part of multiple new‑restaurant openings, learning every step, every challenge, and every headache that comes with bringing a concept to life. Most recently, I supported my first International Launch with Dallas Burger Joint under the Vida Plena Hospitality Group, where I led the full staff‑training programme and leading the Brithish Market Expansion
